[Pilot Arc Function]: BTC500DP 9th plasma cutter has the pilot arc function. It is a high frequency non-touch arc starting mode. The torch head does not need to touch the metal plate. Added PA adjustable function, extended pilot arc maintenance time, reduce energy consumption in non-cutting work, reduce electrode burning, and extend service life.
[Digital Screen Display]: The screen centrally display parameters such as air pressure, voltage, and current, allowing users to understand the equipment status in real-time and adjust operations in a timely manner, improving operational efficiency. If plasma cutter cannot work, the screen comes with an error code system, making it easy to find out the problems.
[Built In Air Regulator & Filter]: Inside of plasma cutter have sensor of air pressure, user can adjust the air pressure through the regulator. The air filter is installed inside the cutter with a quick air connector 1/4 NPT. The water outlet is at the bottom of the machine. When there is air, press it manually to release the water. When there is no air, the water will be released automatically. Recommended air compressor air pressure value be within the range of 90PSI, 250L/min.
[Cutting Thickness]: HF pilot arc plasma cutter boasts an automatic detection feature for input voltages of both 110V and 220V, 60% duty cycle single phase. It is recommended for cutting thicknesses up to 12mm at 35A on 110V with 50PSI, 16mm at 50A on 220V with 65PSI. The circuit breaker specifications require a 40A unit for 110V operation and a 30A unit for 220V. This versatile plasma cutter is ideal for use on materials including stainless steel, alloy steel, mild steel, copper, aluminum, etc.
[PT/2T/4T/PA Function]: Post-flow cooling time ranging from 3 to 15s extends the torch head and consumables life. The 2T mode on the plasma cutter provides semi-automatic control torch trigger, while the 4T mode enables automatic trigger, free your finger. PA adjusted the time for the pilot arc.
